running at 40 degree celsius

I went for a 40 min run at 40 deg celsius, partially in the sun. that was on 20 july 2022, when Hamburg’s temperatures hit a new all-time high.

when I was back home I held my head under cold water in the shower, and it felt so incredible that I had to laugh and cry at the same time. I’ve never had this before.
