nature’s little wonders (ft. pemphigus spyrothecae)

I was on an evening walk and found this weird leaf:

I carefully opened the bump and there were animals inside it!

turns out these are little aphids that are living in there, pemphigus spyrothecae to be exact.

Hab es dann wieder zu gemacht damit den Spiralgallenläusen nicht kalt wird da drin. :)

Aber die eine Laus da ist draußen geblieben…
